The medical history of little Ulyana began in 2018, when she was found to have low hemoglobin during the kindergarten transfer examination. There were no results from the treatment. The baby also had a low platelet count, and doctors diagnosed thrombocytopenia. After a couple of years, the girl's condition worsened, and the disease worsened. Ulyana is suffering from a high fever and a cough. After the examinations, the exact diagnosis of the girl has not yet been established, but it is assumed that she has acquired plastic anemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, and primary immunodeficiency. To clarify the diagnosis and further determine the treatment tactics, the girl was shown to perform full-exome sequencing. Ulyana was supported by «Chance» program.
