   Polina's seizures first occurred in February 2018 with a frequency of one every two days. The desired outcome was not reached by the prescribed therapy. Changing the previously prescribed treatment in 2020 resulted in a decrease in seizures to 2-3 times a week. Since 2022, epilepsy has undergone a change in course. In the background of recurring seizures 2-3 times weekly and 1-2 times monthly, seizures can occur up to 10 times per day. An MRI of the brain that does not reveal any pathology. To clarify the cause of epilepsy, a genetic study is conducted using complete sequencing of the EXTRA exom class (CeGat). Polina was supported by «Chance» program.
