   Kseniya is currently suffering from focal epilepsy with motor seizures and a history of serial epileptic spasms, which is a pharmacoresistant course. Since she was two months old, the girl has been worried about seizures. Epilepsy cannot be treated with anticonvulsants. According to MRI of the brain, focal cortical dysplasia of the right frontal region was detected, however, according to EEG data, epileptiform activity was also registered in the other hemisphere, which requires the exclusion of genetic pathology before planning surgical treatment. Kseniya was supported by «Chance» program.
