Nikita needs surgery in Germany to restore motor and sensory function of the hand that has been lost due to damage during delivery of the left brachial plexus. Nikita sluggish total paresis of his left hand: it is lagging behind in development, not rise, do not move fingers. Thanks to donations received by charitable fund account with the phrase "For the treatment of children," Nikita was able to pass examination at the outpatient clinic Franziskushospital in the German city of Aachen. This will solve the issue of further surgery. Consultation is scheduled for April 24. Nikita was born with the weight of 5 kilos. Medical error during delievery has cost the boy's health. In addition to bruising, displacement of internal organs and broken arm, Nikita`s brachial plexus was damaged, that led to the paresis of the left hand. Pinched nerve severely restricts its movement. The boy frequently undergoes rehabilitation in different medical centers. Financial help provided by donors has allowed Nikita to undergo an outpatient examination, as well as physical therapy at the clinic Franziskushospital in Aachen, Germany. During the examination it was found out that for the full recovery of hand function Nikita needs surgery. The operation is scheduled for September 18, 2013. Cost of operations 6,000 Euros.
