Little Timofei has flaccid paresis of the right arm. To restore motor activity a multi-stage surgical treatment is needed, unfortunately it is not carried out in Belarus. The doctors of the International Institute for Functional Reconstructive Microsurgery (Yaroslavl, Russia) are ready to help the boy, but the treatment is very expensive.
