Andrey has had problems with fatigue, coordination, and large and small motor skills since childhood, making it hard for him to master running, jumping, and climbing stairs, and he often stumbles and falls. At the age of 10, there were complaints of pain in the legs. A diagnosis was made of reactive arthritis in both painful joints. In November 2023, he was hospitalized with a diagnosis of "Sluggish tetraparesis with the presence of hypertrophy of the muscles of the peroneal group, axonal changes according to ENMG, moderate motor and coordination disorders." Even with ongoing rehabilitation efforts, there are still complaints of significant fatigue during the day, leg pain, impaired fine motor skills, handwriting changes, and speech changes. To clarify the nosological form of the disease, the child needs to perform a genetic study - complete exomic sequencing. The boy was supported by «Chance» program.
